With our own maintenance team we are able to provide quick response to maintenance issues. Unlike other property management companies that may have to “hire-out” work, we can send our maintenance team to assess issues and resolve them in a timely fashion while keeping costs down and prolonging the integrity of the property.

Our leasing agent is dedicated to finding qualified applicants through many types of advertising, i.e. websites, signage, etc.

The office staff is able to provide an array of services depending on your specific needs. We gladly process applications, rents and security deposits and will take over paying any invoices on behalf of the property such as property taxes, mortgage payments, utilities etc. Each month you will be provided with an accounting of all income received as well as any maintenance/invoices paid out with your owner’s disbursement. At year end we provide you with the necessary documents you may need for tax purposes. We also process local, state and federal government filings.
